Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 127 in Wimberley, TX

We are the only Boy Scout Troop serving the youth in Wimberley, TX and surrounding areas. We are excited to have you join us. Troop 127 meets at our own Scout Lodge on the grounds of the VFW Post 6441 in Wimberley, TX. We are just past the rodeo arena. The Boy Scout Troop meets Monday evenings at 7:00pm on days that Wimberley ISD is open. The VFW is located at 401 Jacobs Well Rd, Wimberley, TX 78676. We are a very active Scout troop. Along with learning Scouting and leadership skills, we regularly camp, hike, bike, ski and float! This website is for members of Troop 127. Northern Tier

We currently have 2 Northern Tier treks scheduled for the summer 2021.  The absolute deadline to sign up is Monday the 24th.  If we don't have enough interest, we will be canceling one of the treks.  If you would like to get more information, please contact Scoutmaster Jones.

Dutch Oven Cookoff

We are going to postpone the dutch oven cook off that was scheduled for the meeting on Monday, the 24th.  Instead we will be planning for the camp out on the 28th at Mustang Island and welcoming our newest scouts from Pack 127.  We will decide the make up date for the dutch oven cook off at the next PLC meeting.
